Randy Martin R. L. Martin and Associates specializes in residential energy
conscious design home owners and energy efficiency consulting for state energy
offices, utilities, and energy associations. Energy information and web site
development and management are other areas of expertise. Randy Martin has written
and illustrated A Builder's Guide to Iowa's IDEAL Homes. He worked for the state
energy office in Iowa for nine years where he ran the Energy Hotline and worked
