 When Hathmore Technologies opened our new facility, we also expanded our ability to provide training and support for new and existing green businesses. The Accurate Rater Network, Hathmore Technologies training and green business development arm, is a training, certification and quality assurance provider organization. Our programs are nationally accredited by the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET), the Building Performance Institute (BPI), the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Our vision is to train, certify and support an expanding nation-wide network of environmental experts to accelerate and maximize the impact we have on reducing greenhouse gasses, stopping global warming and protecting our planet. We are working to help grow companies or individuals who want to jump in to the green marketplace. We are all about education and action and support like-minded energy conservation and green geeks as we pull together toward the same goals.
Training currently available to fill needs in the green jobs market are:
- RESNET Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Rater certification
- BPI Building Analyst certification
- Building Science for Home Weatherization
- RESNET Field Inspector certification

Our new location includes a fantastic training facility that has drawn rave reviews from our attendees. We have the capability to support intimate training sessions for just a handful of people up to a large roomful of 100’s. Our average class size is 15 students with plenty of room for books, materials and note-taking at our long classroom tables in our comfortable, adjustable chairs and full computer hook ups at every work station. We have dining facilities as well – come by for a tour. |
